What is Tessa’s?＋
Tessa’s turns a real family wardrobe into a swipeable Outfit Mixer, then connects Closet, Pantry, Medicine Cabinet and Garage through one household, Search, Shopping List, Family and Locations.
What can I do with a Free account?＋
Create one private household account. Choose which family spaces to organize. Complete the household Setup Wizard once. Review membership choices before starting a paid feature. Paid tools remain clearly labeled before use.
What does a paid membership include?＋
Full tools for each space included in the selected plan. Whole-home Search, Today, Shopping List, Family and Locations. Paid-member access to Tessa’s Marketplace. One membership covers the household. Choose one space or All Access for all four.
Who can use Tessa’s Marketplace?＋
Tessa’s Marketplace is available only to paid members. Members can trade, sell, donate, recycle locally. Tessa’s does not provide checkout, escrow, payouts, transaction fees or online member-to-member payments.
Do my private photos go into a public database?＋
No. Photos are stored in a private household cloud vault, never a public library. Family access follows household permissions, and a separate image becomes public only when you deliberately publish a Marketplace listing.
Do I have to use AI?＋
No. Inventory, family profiles, Locations, packing and planning work without AI. AI actions are optional, clearly labeled and started by you.
Will I see ads or sponsored recommendations?＋
No. Tessa’s is ad-free. We do not sell personal information, display third-party ads, accept sponsored placements or use affiliate links.
How does household setup work?＋
Complete Setup once for the household. Tessa’s recognizes the same household, family and Location foundation across all four spaces.
How do I cancel?＋
Open Account & Membership and choose Cancel my membership. Cancellation is self-service and stops the next renewal; no phone call or explanation is required.
