Go to Account & Membership → Self-Service Billing, select Cancel my membership, and confirm in Stripe’s secure portal.
Open the membership choices in your account. Select one app—Closet, Pantry, Garage, Vanity or Cabinet—or All Access for all five. The price, billing cadence and renewal terms are shown before checkout.
Compare or change plans →Open Manage billing & invoices in Self-Service Billing. Payment information is handled inside Stripe’s secure customer portal.
Manage billing & invoices →Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Your included spaces remain available through the end of the prepaid billing period. Device-local photos are not remotely erased. Eligible paid-tier cloud records may enter the documented post-membership deletion window.
Read the post-membership data policy →Sign in, open Your Privacy & Data Controls, and choose Request account deletion. Identity verification protects the household from an unauthorized deletion request. Eligible cloud records are removed; legally required billing, tax, fraud, security and dispute records may be retained. Photos stored only on a device must be deleted from that device.
Start a verified deletion request →Use Download my cloud data before requesting deletion or whenever you want a copy of eligible account records. Device-only media stays on the device and is not part of a cloud export.
Download my cloud data →Yes. The household owner can switch Closet, Pantry, Garage, Vanity or Cabinet off in My Home. Hiding a space changes navigation visibility only; it does not delete saved items or locations, and the space can be turned back on anytime.
Show or hide family spaces →No. Tessa’s does not sell personal information, display third-party ads, accept sponsored placements, use affiliate links or target upgrades from family inventory, Cabinet data or personal activity.
Read the Privacy & No-Ads Policy →Private wardrobe, body-reference and saved try-on images are device-first. A photo leaves the device only after a clear, deliberate action such as requesting an eligible AI feature or publishing a seller image.
See the complete data map →Yes. Inventory, family profiles, Locations, packing and planning can be used without AI. AI results may be incomplete or wrong and never replace labels, professional advice or personal judgment—especially in Cabinet.
Read the AI Safety Notice →Paid members can open the Insurance & Replacement Value Vault from the family menu. Each item can hold encrypted appraisal documents, receipts and proof of ownership. The Coverage & Warranties section stores appliance and vehicle warranties, extended service plans, repair agreements and home warranties with dates, contract numbers and supporting files.
Open the encrypted Insurance Vault →No. The Vault is encrypted on your device with a passphrase Tessa’s never receives. Tessa’s cannot open it, reset the passphrase or recover the records. Download the encrypted backup and store it away from your home; both the backup and passphrase are required after a lost or damaged device.
Read the Vault privacy boundary →No. Paid members can trade, sell, donate or recycle locally, but Tessa’s provides no checkout, wallet, escrow, seller payout or transaction fee. Members arrange any sale independently and should never share financial credentials or an exact home/storage address in Marketplace.
